By accessing and using the Clinorix platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
Clinorix provides cloud-native healthcare software solutions including electronic health records, telemedicine platforms, AI-powered clinical decision support, healthcare analytics, and patient engagement applications. Our services are designed for licensed healthcare providers and authorized organizations.
You agree to: provide accurate registration information; maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials; use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; and promptly report any security breaches.
All content, features, and functionality of the Clinorix platform are owned by Clinorix Healthcare Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
By using our platform, you authorize us to process data as described in our Privacy Policy. For healthcare data, additional terms may apply as outlined in your service agreement. You retain ownership of all patient data you input into the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinorix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Data export options will be available for 30 days following termination.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
